JMD's Preowned ("we") is a used-car dealer at 001, Solanki Palace, 5th Road, off SV Road, Khar West, Mumbai 400052. This policy explains what we do with the information you give us on jmdcars.com.

What we collect

When you fill in the Sell Your Car form we collect your name, mobile number, the area where your car is, and details about your car (registration number, make, model, year, kilometres, ownership, loan status, condition and the price you expect). When you contact us by phone or WhatsApp we keep the number you called from and what we discussed about your car. Our website also records standard visit data (pages viewed, device type, approximate location) through Google Analytics and Google Ads.

Why we collect it

To call you back about selling your car, to arrange and carry out the inspection, to make you an offer, and, if you sell to us, to complete the RC transfer and loan closure. We use the visit data to see how people find and use the site and to measure our advertising.

Who we share it with

Our form service provider, which delivers your form to our email; Google (Analytics and Ads) for visit measurement; and, only if you sell your car to us, the RTO and your bank or lender as required to transfer the car and close the loan. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

How long we keep it

Form enquiries for up to 12 months after our last contact. Records of cars we buy for as long as the law requires.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details at any time by calling 77381 50557 or messaging us on WhatsApp at the same number. You can opt out of WhatsApp updates by replying STOP.

Cookies

Google Analytics and Google Ads set cookies to measure visits and ad results. You can block cookies in your browser; the site still works without them.
